Michelle DeSantis supports business owners, executives, and leaders in high-stakes negotiations, helping them think clearly, communicate with precision, and make strategically sound decisions under pressure. She has completed the Harvard Business School Negotiation Mastery Program and advanced conflict resolution training at Eckerd College. She has received in-person negotiation training from Chris Voss, FBI Hostage Negotiator. She has personally facilitated more than 2,000 mediations across HOA and condominium disputes, civil matters, contract indebtedness cases, family disputes, and organizational conflicts.

Pre-Suit Mediation
Pre-suit mediation gives parties the opportunity to resolve disputes before a lawsuit is filed
These mediations are commonly used in HOA disputes, commercial disagreements, contract indebtedness matters, business conflicts, vendor disputes, and partnership issues.
The goal of pre-suit mediation is to create a productive conversation early, identify practical solutions, and help parties reach an agreement before positions become more entrenched through litigation.

County Mediation
Disputes, often under a certain dollar amount >$50k (varies by jurisdiction).
