02.Tier 2 - Strategy
Build a Sustainable Mediation Practice Tier 2 is designed for mediators who are competent in the room but want to grow a visible, referral-based practice without feeling inauthentic or salesy. You'll gain clarity on thee different levels of mediation work, how referrals actually move through the system, and how to build relationships that lead to consistent opportunities. We cover social presence, thoughtful outreach, and how every mediation can strengthen your long-term business growth.
03.Tier 3 - Implementation
1:1 Private Implementation & Positioning (By Application Only) In this tier you will work directly with me as you implement the strategies from Tier 2. You'll receive my guidance, judgement, feedback and support on your positioning, messaging and mindset so every step you take builds credibility, confidence & builds long-term relationships. Ideal for mediators who value direct access, personal accountability & results-driven support.
